Key Responsibilities:

• Design and send engaging email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows. Write persuasive email copy tailored to the student audience and offerings.
• Segment email lists based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics for targeted campaigns.
• Utilize A/B testing to improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and mobile-responsive email templates.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Stay updated on the latest trends in email marketing to maintain competitive strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
• Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Experience with list segmentation, automation workflows, and personalization techniques.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting campaign performance metrics.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email customization.
• Knowledge of email compliance laws and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
