About Us
Interoffer aims to centralize communication for transacting USA real estate by creating a full-service portal for communication, offer management, and deal flow. The tool will centralize and organize all communication into property-specific channels as well as person-specific channels, where all interactions related to a particular property are organized and easily accessible. The system would allow agents to organize and manage saved properties for themselves and their clients, view them in various formats, and communicate directly with other agents, eliminating the need for scattered spreadsheets and ensuring that all information is stored efficiently. Interoffer would streamline the offer-making process by allowing users to upload brokerage documents, utilize offer templates, and fill out standardized forms that automatically populate underlying legal documents, which can then be sent and received through the platform. The platform will include profiles that provide indications of credibility so that all parties can proceed with confidence. Interoffer will have integrations with common USA real estate tools like Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Qualia, and others.
Who You Are
We want to find someone with:

Previous experience or some interest in real estate technology, especially USA real estate.
Proficient English
A willingness to push technical boundaries and bring new ideas to maximize results
A systems-oriented thought process to analyze how decisions upstream will impact results downstream.
What You’ll Do
Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js
Convert UI/UX designs from Figma into high-quality, pixel-perfect frontend components
Collaborate closely with designers to refine and improve the user experience
Integrate seamlessly with RESTful APIs and backend services
Work with backend developers to understand requirements and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend

Manage state effectively using libraries like Redux, etc.
Maintain performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
Set up and optimize frontend tooling including Webpack, Babel, etc.
Contribute to technical decisions, product design, and roadmap discussions
Requirements
Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience building UI from design files, especially in Figma
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques

Proficient with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Hands-on experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn)
Clear communication skills to collaborate with designers and backend developers effectively
Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team with high autonomy
Nice to Have
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks
Understanding of accessibility best practices
Experience working in a startup or early-stage environment – good to have
