Description of the offer
- Build across the stack – React, Next.js, Tailwind on the front, Supabase/Postgres on the back
- Design and implement agentic workflows using LLMs, vector stores, and real-time inputs
- Own and build integrations using MCPs with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), knowledge tools (Notion, Slack), and call platforms (Gong, Zoom)
- Ship clean, modular code quickly; we push to prod daily
- Use tools like Vercel, Replit, Cursor, Lovable, and V0 to move with speed and clarity
- Build internal tooling for prompt chains, eval pipelines, and user customization
- Maintain lightweight infra with Porter and edge functions
- Collaborate with founders on product direction, sprint priorities, and user feedback
- Make core architecture decisions around agent orchestration, caching, and data sync
- Co-create engineering standards, code review habits, and dev workflow from scratch
- Build things that feel magic for end users, and kill what doesn’t
- Treat shipping as learning – every commit is a step closer to product-market fit
