Mozaiq is hiring a sharp, experienced Senior Product & UX Designer to craft high-performing digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and marketing-driven products. This is a freelance, hourly role—ideal for someone who blends strategic UX thinking with refined product design skills and thrives in a global, remote-first environment.
About the Role
You’ll own the end-to-end design process—from discovery to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI—delivering intuitive, responsive, and conversion-optimized experiences. You’ll work closely with marketers, stakeholders, and developers to translate complex requirements into clean, modular designs that scale.
This role combines the structure and insight of a UX designer with the creativity and craft of a product designer. Expect to lead projects that balance brand, usability, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Translate business and user goals into flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design responsive layouts and user interfaces for websites and landing pages
- Build scalable design systems and modular UX documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, developers, and PMs across time zones
- Refine site architecture and page-level hierarchy for clarity and conversion
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on data and qualitative feedback
- Create visually engaging graphics, icons, and UI elements
- Present your thinking clearly to both internal and client stakeholders
✅ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product and/or UX design with a portfolio that shows both your process and final outcomes
- Proficient in Figma (including interactive prototyping and design systems)
- Comfortable working with front-end dev teams and handing off dev-ready designs
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices
- Confident communicator with strong time management skills
- Fluent in English and comfortable presenting work to clients and teams
- Available for overlap with US stakeholders between 18:00–20:30 CET
