Job Title: Web Designer (Corporate & Law Firm Focus)
Experience Level: Mid-Level (4–5 Years)
Location: Remote (Must overlap with North American business hours)
About Us: We are a boutique web design agency (North American based) specializing in high-end digital experiences for corporate clients, with a strong focus on law firms and professional services. Our work combines clean design, intuitive UX, and strategic brand positioning to elevate our clients’ digital presence.
The Role: We’re looking for a talented & creative Web Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience designing websites for corporate or professional service firms. You’ll collaborate with strategists, developers, and project managers to create visually compelling and user-focused websites that meet our clients’ business objectives.
We are looking for not just the ability to create designs that follow general UX principles but also bring a sense of updated modern taste making effective use of background, branding, hierarchy & especially small details that really strike a strong design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design responsive, accessible, and user-centric websites for law firms, consultancies, and other corporate clients
- Translate brand strategy and messaging into strong visual identities and UI systems
- Ensure designs align with industry best practices in UX, accessibility, and SEO
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and performance data when applicable
Requirements:

- 4–5 years of professional experience designing websites, ideally for law firms, corporate clients, or professional services
- Strong portfolio showcasing not only clean, modern, and purposeful design but designs that have strong details for branding
- Proficient in Figma (preferred)
- Solid understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable receiving and integrating feedback from clients and team members
- North America/EU only at this time & must have at least 4 hours of overlap with North American business hours (EST/PST)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with WordPress sites
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Branding or identity design experience
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
