We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to shape the visual and functional experience of Crisp across our chat widget, web app, website, and the Crisp integrations ecosystem.

For the past 10 years, we’ve handled all design in-house, from rough sketches to full redesigns with agencies and freelancers. That approach has worked well. But now, with our platform maturing and our ambitions growing, we need someone dedicated full-time to bring consistency, care, and clarity across everything we ship.

This position is fully remote. If you’re based in Nantes (FR), you’re welcome to work from our office.

We’re a small, dynamic team of 21, with 13 members based in France and a diverse, fully remote group across the globe. Our mission: to build the next generation of customer support software, focused on simplicity, efficiency, and a people-first approach.

What you’ll do

• Design intuitive, consistent, and elegant experiences across the Crisp ecosystem: chat widget, app, website, and integrations
• Build and maintain a robust design system
• Work closely with the dev team
• Create high-quality designs that work in the real world and look good beyond Dribbble
• Help us bring coherence to years of evolving design
• Support both large design projects and quick UI improvements

What we’re looking for

• Strong UI and UX skills, portfolio of real-world shipped work
• Experience working in SaaS companies
• Strong attention to detail and love for pixel-perfect interfaces
• Comfortable designing web apps, websites, and responsive interfaces
• Collaborative mindset — we sketch, discuss, and build together
• Mastery of Sketch or Figma
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory — it’s our working language

   2. A second chat to align on values & expectations
   3. A short async design challenge, followed by a review/discussion
