Job Description
- Localized Product Strategy: Conduct user demand research for the U.S. market and deliver tailored solutions based on user habits (such as UI design preferences and privacy compliance requirements).
- Customer Consultation and Solutions: Gather customer feedback to drive product iterations, enhancing NPS (Net Promoter Score) and market share.
- Collaboration and Project Management: Develop a database for U.S. user behavior and provide regular data analysis reports.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure products comply with U.S. data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA) and accessibility design standards (ADA).
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience as a product manager, with familiarity in U.S. mobile products.
- At least 1 year of experience in consumer-facing products; experience with children’s apps is a plus.
- Proficient in using Figma/Axure to design localized prototypes and skilled in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiar with agile development processes and capable of writing technical documentation (PRD).
- Curious, collaborative, and fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
