Job Overview

We’re seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our engineering team and help build the future of AI-driven customer engagement. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to maintain, improve, and develop new features across our core products—including Laravel backend APIs, Vue frontends, and AI-integrated services.

What You’ll Do

1. Collaborate with senior developers to design, build, and maintain backend services and front-end interfaces.
2. Assist in writing clean, maintainable code primarily in PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (Vue.js).
3. Debug issues and resolve bugs in a timely manner.
4. Work on database design and queries using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
5. Participate in code reviews and sprint planning with the team.
6. Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
7. Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven features (e.g., message generation, voice note personalization).
8. Work with APIs from platforms like Twilio, OpenAI, and HubSpot.

What We’re Looking For

1. 2–4 years of professional or internship experience in software development.
2. Proficiency in PHP and/or JavaScript, or a strong desire to learn.
3. Familiarity with one or more of the following: Laravel, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS.
4. Basic understanding of Git, REST APIs, and relational databases.
5. Curiosity and a willingness to learn from senior team members.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced remote team environment.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with native mobile apps (Swift/Kotlin)
2. Experience with OpenAI, Twilio, or HubSpot APIs.
3. Familiarity with DevOps practices or cloud platforms like AWS or Vercel.
4. Previous exposure to CRM systems or lead engagement workflows.
5. Interest in AI, automation, or customer engagement technologies.
