HIGH-LEVEL ROLE
As a strategic growth associate with reflect, you will join a fast-paced team and immediately have impact improving the lives of those we serve.
This role will support a variety of functions:
- Analytics — assist the founder and team with high-value quantitative analysis to inform quick decisions on business strategy
- Therapist outreach — drive cold email campaigns to reach new providers and optimize based on learnings
- Member outreach & care coordination — help match new members with therapists who are a good fit for them and provide them with care throughout their therapy journey (e.g., scheduling, customer support)
Specific responsibilities:

- Conduct quantitative analysis and Excel modeling to optimize growth campaigns and answer other key business questions
- Define target prospective therapists who could be a good fit for reflect and acquire leads through various channels
- Manage provider CRM, build lists based on target customer profiles, and design and optimize cold email outreach campaigns to hit specific conversion targets
- Oversee B2B and B2C acquisition channels for prospective members
- Optimize conversion and retention through members’ search process, including matching, scheduling, and following-up on any questions or issues; field support inquiries through chat/SMS, email, and phone
- Collaborate with the rest of our team to coordinate care and ensure members have a smooth experience with reflect
SKILLS
The ideal candidate is:
- Self-motivated/deadline-driven: able to proactively create structure within a fast-paced, fluid environment and juggle many different priorities and projects
- Problem-solver: embrace the ambiguous nature of startups. Does not shy away from challenges but instead is motivated by them! Enjoys tackling complex business challenges with an analytical mindset; employs 80/20 rule to make decisions
- Strong critical thinking and quant skills: uses a hypothesis-driven approach leveraging numbers and logic to answer complex or ambiguous questions
- Organized and detail-oriented: people count on you to ensure all the details are done correctly the first time around
- Goal-oriented: motivated by setting and achieving goals to move the business forward
- Team player: you will be an integral part of a clinical team and should have a can-do attitude
Other skills to be successful in this role:
- Strong knowledge of CRM and other marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo)
- Comfort working with data and drawing conclusions from analysis
- Able to communicate professionally and succinctly (strong grammar skills)
- Motivated by impact and purpose and have strong interest in mental health, digital health, and/or startups
- Outgoing and positive personality and professional attitude
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint or the Google Suite equivalent apps. Strong to expert knowledge of data modeling through Excel or Google Sheets This role offers ample opportunity to grow and learn from others.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of consulting, growth, or analytics experience
- Outgoing personality and professional attitude
- Have a can-do mentality and strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Must be available to work West Coast business hours
Note: This is a fully remote position with a preference for candidates in Texas or on the West Coast, as our team meets in-person regularly to support learning and culture (e.g., monthly/quarterly). This may be a contract role with potential for growth as a full-time hire.
