Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape innovative designs across our client projects, elevate the Morningside brand presence, and enhance the personal brand of our founders. Your creative vision and execution will play a pivotal role in how we communicate, connect, and inspire across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create exceptional designs for our software products and applications.
- Design engaging, user-centric interfaces (UI/UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Develop brand assets, visual identities, and collateral to elevate both the Morningside brand and our founders’ personal brands.
- Collaborate closely with clients to translate their visions into impactful designs.
- Ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence across all digital and brand materials.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a digital, brand, or product design capacity.
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Demonstrated experience in creating compelling digital designs, brand assets, and UI/UX interfaces.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality design work.
- Strong aesthetic sense combined with exceptional attention to detail.
