We’re a small team from Argentina backed by VCs, and our studio projects have surpassed 300,000+ users and hundreds of thousands of on-chain transactions. Some of our dApps are among the top 5 most used in Web3 globally.

Our Mission

To create the next big dapp like pump.fun . We’re launching multiple dApps in parallel, testing wild hypotheses, degen tokenomics, and viral UX loops — and scaling the winners.

Who We’re Looking For: Web3 Product Designer (Full-Time)

You’ll be in charge of the entire design department on our venture studio. Leading the creation of branding for new dapps, to dapp wireframes, and social media posts that go viral on crypto Twitter, you’ll shape how the internet experiences our dApps.

You are creative as hell, know how to bring Web3 energy into clean UI, and love building brands that feel like something.

️ Responsibilities

• Design full UX flows and UI systems for every UNDR Labs project
• Create brand identities for each project (logo, font, tone, color palette)
• Design landing pages, dashboards, and interactions for dApps
• Produce visual assets for social media (banners, NFT reveals, announcement cards, etc.)
• Collaborate directly with product and dev teams to iterate quickly
• Help define and maintain a design system for the studio
• Explore weird, experimental ideas — and figure out how to make them usable

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional design experience
• 1+ year of experience designing in crypto: DeFi, NFT projects, Web3 dApps, token platforms, etc.
• Can work on creating design systems
• You know about web3, you love memecoins you breath crypto twitter each second you are awake.
• Can take ideas from zero to high-fidelity in a few days

Bonus points if you know animation, video, or 3D

• $1,500 – $+2,500 USD/month base, depending on experience
• Substantial Equity and/or token participation in successful projects you help ship
