About Empromptu
Empromptu.ai is an AI application builder that enables technical and non-technical teams to create production-ready AI apps with embedded capabilities like models, RAG and intelligent processing. Unlike simple builders that create static websites or complex ML tools requiring specialized teams, Empromptu delivers sophisticated AI applications for business teams.
We saw a problem in the market: most “AI app builders” are just website builders with a sprinkle of AI. At one end, you’ve got lightweight builders that fall apart in production. At the other, complex ML tools requiring full-time teams. We’re the missing middle—an actual AI application builder.
We built Empromptu.ai for real-world deployment, not demos. With proprietary optimization technology, our apps reach 98%+ accuracy in production. We’re a seed-stage startup, moving fast, building for scale, and led by seasoned founders from CodeSee, Docker, Google and astrophysics-driven AI research.
The Impact You’ll Make
As Empromptu’s first and only Product Manager, you’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our entire AI builder platform. This isn’t a feature-shipper role—it’s a company-defining one. You’ll shape how our users build production-ready AI apps, drive clarity across engineering and go-to-market, and influence every major product decision alongside the CEO and CTO.
What Success Looks Like

30 Days: Gain deep understanding of the product, customer needs, and technical architecture. Prioritize short-term product wins.
3 Months: Ship your first roadmap features and lead end-to-end execution. Instill product development rituals that help us scale.
6 Months: Own the full product roadmap, influence company strategy, and drive measurable user value through product outcomes.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of product management experience
Strong background in AI/ML-powered SaaS products
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship product in early-stage environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience building tools for developers or technical teams
Background in enterprise or B2B product development

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll work closely with everyone—engineering, design, the CEO, CTO, and GTM. As the sole PM, your work will directly shape how our users build, deploy, and succeed with AI. You’ll help define company-wide priorities.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150K–$200K USD or $200K–$250K CAD (based on location)
