We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who is passionate about designing and implementing high-load distributed software systems along with having leadership and communication skills to create effective and value-adding products. Our tech stack:

Backend: .NET 7/8, REST API, Azure Functions, PostgreSQL, AngularJS, xUnit. iOS: Swift 5, Xcode 13.2.1. Android: Android SDK, Kotlin and Java. PowerShell, Infrastructure as code: Bicep, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Azure Service Bus, Application Insights, Log Analytics Workspaces. CI/CD: Azure DevOps pipeline as code (YAML), SonarCloud, GitHub

*Candidate Qualifications: *

• 5+ years of engineering software (C#, .NET) experience.
• GitHub account with cool projects.
• Good experience in the fintech sector.
• Advocating for and proactively utilising CI/CD, unit/integration tests, and Agile/Scrum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Quick learner with an ambitious and results-oriented mindset.
• Understanding and hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies, particularly in financial applications.
• Ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into backend services.

*Nice to have *

• Experience in financial startup environments.
• Infrastructure as a code experience in Bicep.
• Pipeline as code experience in Azure DevOps YAML.
• GitHub account with cool projects.
• Proficiency in Blockchain, Web3, and Crypto.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in fintech.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.

*Key Responsibilities *

• Work in the DevOps Culture and adhere to the CI/CD development approaches.
• Produce the cloud-native software from start to end taking into consideration how it will behave on production from the early beginning development phases to ensure its observability, performance, infrastructure, configuration, and CI/CD aspect.
• Ensure code and security quality by covering implementation by Unit Test and checking how it behaves in an integrated environment by extending the Integration Tests suite.
• Create high-quality software architecture and design.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the existing system and enhance the company’s overall development efficiency.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
• Using appropriate tools and scripting, automate tasks.
• Monitor systems and document development phases.
• Ensure that the product is up to date with the latest technologies.
• Improve microservices to help our architecture evolve.
• Work on the green field as well as perfect the existing systems.
• Integrate with external providers and create mobile APIs.
• Implement AI-driven features and enhancements within backend services.
• Utilize AI for predictive analysis, fraud detection, and process automation in financial applications.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics, predictive modeling, and automation solutions.
