Senior Integration Engineer

Position Summary
Role: Senior Integration Engineer – Microsoft Stack

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce, F&O) and third-party systems (e.g., PIMs, ERPs, CDPs).
• Develop custom connectors and middleware logic using Azure Service Fabric, Logic Apps, or similar.
• Work with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous queues to ensure reliable and performant integrations.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand integration requirements, conduct data mapping, and recommend architectural solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and documentation for ongoing and future integration projects.
• Participate in architecture reviews, performance tuning, and incident response related to integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system integration engineering, including enterprise SaaS and cloud-based environments.
• Azure Service Fabric or Azure Logic Apps / Functions
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce, F&O)
• REST APIs and web services (OAuth, JSON, XML)
• Integration patterns (event-driven, pub/sub, polling, etc.)
• Solid grasp of data mapping, transformation, and error handling across systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interface with clients in workshops or technical discussions.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience integrating with Microsoft POS / MPOS.
• Familiarity with Retail, eCommerce, or B2B integration use cases.
• Exposure to CI/CD for integration pipelines and API versioning strategies.
