The Role: Brand Design Lead ‍

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Brand Design Lead who thrives on work diversity and challenging concepts, takes ownership of complex projects, and excels in leadership.

You’ll join a tight-knit, passionate team and have the opportunity to own your work and drive significant business outcomes. As a proactive, hands-on leader, you will be the driving force behind design excellence, ensuring that every project is delivered with the highest level of craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Craft beautiful brands from the ground up
• Act as a key point of contact for design-related decisions and project delivery timelines
• Join and contribute to discovery sessions with clients
• Research their market, competitors, and implement a research-driven process
• Create brand identities and guidelines
• Design websites and work with developers to bring your layouts to life
• Work directly with freelancers and vendors and manage relationships
• Be hands-on with full-funnel design
• Design for a wide range of platforms and mediums (social, video, email, print, etc.)
• Own and lead brand design needs for a set of ongoing partnership clients

• Tech-savviness with the ability to see projects through to final delivery
• 5+ years of experience 

Bonus Points For

• A degree in design
• Passion for copywriting
• Art direction experience
• Video and motion chops
• Knowledge of growth marketing strategies
