We’re looking for a driven and curious Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. You’ll play a critical role in generating pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify high-potential home care agencies and key decision-makers
  • Craft personalized outreach using email, phone, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing to test messaging and improve campaign performance
  • Log activity in Attio and help refine our outbound playbook
  • Stay on top of industry trends and surface insights from the field

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter mindset and curiosity to learn the home care industry
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving tools and processes
  • Familiarity with CRMs, Clay, Instantly, Apollo.io or similar tools is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience selling into franchised or multi-location businesses
