Business Development Representative

Zingage is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming employee engagement and scheduling in the home care industry. We help agencies reduce turnover, boost performance, and simplify operations through gamified performance tracking, automated rewards, and AI-powered scheduling. We’re looking for a driven and curious Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. You’ll play a critical role in generating pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify high-potential home care agencies and key decision-makers
• Craft personalized outreach using email, phone, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
• Collaborate with marketing to test messaging and improve campaign performance
• Log activity in Attio and help refine our outbound playbook
• Stay on top of industry trends and surface insights from the field

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter mindset and curiosity to learn the home care industry
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving tools and processes
• Familiarity with CRMs, Clay, Instantly, Apollo.io or similar tools is a plus
• Bonus: Experience selling into franchised or multi-location businesses
