Role Overview:

We are hiring a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX App Designer based in South East Asia, Eastern-EU, India, Latam, South EU (fluent English speaker), passionate about immersive gaming and AR. Your role will involve creating innovative user interfaces and interactive experiences that uniquely engage Gen Z and Alpha, paving the way toward integration with smart glasses and immersive digital worlds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually compelling UI/UX for immersive Unity apps and AR interactions.
• Conceptualize, prototype, and deliver interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with Unity developers, product, and design teams to ensure designs are effectively implemented.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to achieve rewarding digital-physical interactions.
• Ensure consistent style and intuitive UX that aligns with Gen Z and Alpha preferences, setting new standards for immersive interactions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for gaming, AR, or immersive digital apps.
• Proven ability designing interactive experiences, ideally in 3D gaming environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and immersive UI designs, interactions, and user flows.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
• Familiarity with Unity and designing specifically for AR or immersive platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience designing products for Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
• Previous involvement with smart-glass or wearable interfaces.
• Deep interest and knowledge of emerging trends in gaming, AR, and immersive tech.
