Pixel One is a design partner to some of the most ambitious teams in AI, enterprise SaaS, and future-defining tech. We work with clients like nVIDIA, Google, Hublot, Autodesk, Epic Games, Mercedes-Benz, Hublot and more.

We’re looking for an elite Senior Web + Brand Designer to join us full-time. You’ll lead high-impact design projects for some of the most exciting companies in the world — from early brand foundations to large-scale web systems.

This is a rare opportunity to do career-defining work alongside a tight-knit, talented team that protects its culture, pushes for excellence, and stays ahead of the curve. We’ve been working on AI agent interfaces since 2016 — and we don’t just follow trends, we help shape them.

You’ll be supported by a studio that invests in your growth, values your voice, and believes great design can move businesses. We meet in person twice a year in places like Greece, Barcelona, or Miami.

Responsibilities

• Own web and brand design from first principles to polished execution
• Translate strategy into powerful, scalable design systems
• Work cross-functionally in Figma, Notion, and Framer
• Lead exploration, direction setting, and refinement
• Uphold design quality and contribute to studio culture

   

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web and brand design — ideally in agency or B2B SaaS
• Portfolio of exceptional digital work across brand and web
• Expert-level in Figma and web UI best practices
• Bonus: Framer, motion design, Rive, After Effects, or illustration
• Experience leading projects from scratch and designing in systems
• Thoughtful communicator and team collaborator
• Must be Canadian citizen or passport holder (required)
