About Us:

UpLift AI is on a mission to reimagine mental health care through the world’s first Human-AI Therapist Hybrid model. We’ve built a platform that brings together clinical wisdom and cutting-edge generative AI to extend care beyond the therapy room — and we’re only just getting started.

We’re now looking for a Lead Product Designer who’s ready to shape the visual identity and user experience of a platform built to transform lives.

What You’ll Own:

• Design Leadership: Lead the entire design process for UpLift’s web and app platforms, from ideation to polished interface.
• Hype Page & Marketing Design: Design a bold, future-facing HYPE page that captures the energy, vision, and movement behind UpLift.
• UI/UX for Web & App: Create seamless, intuitive, clinician- and patient-centred experiences — including therapist dashboards, patient flows, onboarding, and engagement tools.
• Design System & Branding: Help establish and evolve our visual design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Work directly with our development team (including 1Qlabs, our AI partners), product strategist, and founder to bring ideas to life fast.
• Human Impact Design: Ensure every experience we design is inclusive, trauma-informed, and crafted with real humans in mind.

Who You Are:

• Based in Australia and available to work closely with our core team and dev partners.
• A senior-level UI/UX designer with proven experience designing digital products (bonus if in health tech or mission-led startups).
• Comfortable leading the design process end-to-end, from concept sketches to Figma to handoff.
• Experience building design systems, product flows, and responsive web + mobile interfaces.
• Familiar with AI-integrated products or excited to design with new tech (we love designers who use AI in their workflow).
• A strategic thinker who can balance beauty, usability, and business impact.
• Warm, curious, and driven by purpose. You care deeply about mental health and believe design can be a tool for connection and change.
