We’re Akiflow, a fast-growing productivity startup, and we’re seeking a Full Stack Developer / Growth Engineer to take ownership of our web projects, marketing funnels, integrations, and more.

This is not just a “build the feature and move on” developer job. It’s a critical role that blends technical development with growth-focused, marketing-driven initiatives. You will work closely with both the technical and marketing teams to help Akiflow scale, improve performance, and reach more users.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and scale Akiflow’s websites, landing pages, and marketing funnels
• Ensure mobile adaptation, speed optimization, technical SEO, analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and best practices
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver technical solutions that drive user growth and business outcomes
• Develop and integrate backend solutions, including REST APIs (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• Suggest and implement innovative features, tools, and optimizations
• Occasionally provide direct technical support to customers

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years PHP development experience
• 3–5 years Laravel framework experience (important)
• 2–3+ years ReactJS experience
• Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React best practices)
• Solid experience developing and integrating REST APIs and services
• Strong knowledge of marketing-focused areas: technical SEO, tracking, speed optimization, analytics
• At least basic Docker experience
• Familiarity with shell commands and Git
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Bonus: prior remote work experience, prior startup experience, based in or near European time zones
