Marketing Specialist – First Hire
Location: NY Tri-State (NJ Preferred)

Now, we’re looking for our first full-time Marketing hire to help us take this to the next level.
What You’ll Do
Shape our brand voice and craft messaging that speaks to Private Equity, Credit, and Insurance teams
Own and execute GTM experiments—email, LinkedIn, X, landing pages, content, maybe memes?
Build the marketing engine: from strategy to distribution
Partner with founder + sales to amplify outreach and storytelling
Tap the right resources for SEO, design, and growth contractors to execute your strategy
Launch bold ideas. Learn fast. Do more of it.
About You
You’ve done this before (2–4 yrs in B2B SaaS/AI, ideally early-stage or first-mover roles)
You’re a strong writer and storyteller—clear, confident, human
You know how to leverage multiple distribution channels to test and build upon the message
You can find the right creative (design, motion, videos) and technical (SEO etc.) talent needed to get the job done
You like figuring things out on your own but know when to ask for help
You’ve marketed complex products to smart people (bonus if in finance or data/AI)
You care more about measurable outcomes —if it works, it will show
