We’re a B2B SaaS company providing digital solutions that enable ecommerce retailers to expand globally. Our platform helps brand-first retailers reach customers worldwide across 8 countries with streamlined operational tools. We empower businesses to scale internationally with speed, efficiency, and confidence. The Role We’re seeking a senior UX/UI designer to take ownership of our digital presence, focusing on improving our customer-facing platform and website. This is a fully remote position working with teams across Europe and Asia timezones.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for our digital products
- Lead UX improvements for our ecommerce enablement platform, with emphasis on user flows and interface design
- Maintain and evolve our website design and app design
- Develop and implement a cohesive design system across all digital touchpoints
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team and developers to bring designs to life
- Document design decisions and maintain design libraries in Figma
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise
- Experience designing B2B websites and mobile apps
- Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Vercel, and similar platforms
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Independent working style with strong documentation habits
- Demonstrated experience working with a global platform/product
Bonus Skills
- HTML/CSS knowledge to slice your own designs
- Experience working with product teams in the ecommerce or SaaS space
- Experience designing for international markets and users
- Fully remote work environment
