Job Description – Back End QA Tester (Natural Language to SQL Dashboard Project)

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Back End QA Tester to join our team working on an innovative natural language-to-SQL dashboarding project. Backend integration with Gemini for prompt engineering, and validation of data flows and transformations using Google BigQuery.

Key Responsibilities:
Validate natural language processing outputs generated via Gemini for accurate SQL query generation.
Perform detailed data validation testing in Google BigQuery to ensure accuracy and consistency of stored results.
Collaborate closely with developers and data engineers to ensure end-to-end quality across UI, middleware integrations, and backend systems.
Implement and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient test execution.
Proactively identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies across the full application stack.
Regularly contribute to project documentation, detailing test cases, automation scripts, and testing outcomes.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or Java).
Hands-on experience validating SQL query outputs and familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, particularly BigQuery.
Familiarity with Gemini or similar prompt engineering tools for natural language processing.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a dynamic, agile environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP.
Exposure to performance testing and security testing.
Familiarity with NLP testing frameworks or methodologies.
