We’re a remote-first team, moving fast and building with purpose. You’ll be joining a product-led environment that values clarity, usability, and smart design decisions.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to make our product incredibly intuitive — especially for non-technical users.

You’ll work directly with the founder (currently leading product) and a team of developers to shape user flows, simplify complex actions, and help build a system that feels powerful and easy to use.

Your first priority will be designing the UX for a new AI-powered content publishing system. From there, you’ll improve flows across the platform — forms, dashboards, task management, content planning, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing user flows and UX wireframes for internal product features
• Building reusable components and lightweight design systems in Figma
• Working directly with developers to ensure clean handoff and scalable layouts
• Auditing and improving current platform flows to reduce friction
• Leading UX for both new features and refactoring of older ones
• Thinking about user needs first — always

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of UX design experience in SaaS or complex web apps
• Strong skills in Figma (wireframes, components, systems)
• Excellent understanding of usability, user flows, and system logic
• Comfortable designing for edge cases, onboarding, and clarity
• Can overlap 4+ hours with US Eastern Time
• Great communication (async via Slack, Loom, Notion)

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):

• Experience working on CRMs or agency tools
• Familiarity with Tailwind-based UI or Vue.js design constraints
• Background in conversion-focused design or A/B testing

Compensation:

• Remote, full-time, long-term
• Contractor or hourly based (depending on location)
• Competitive rate based on experience and region
