Help us build the next Google – for B2B Sales.

AI is changing how people search. Google is dying by the day. ChatGPT is the new way of search for everyday consumers already. But B2B sales? Trillions of spend stuck in the past.

We have built a new B2B Sales Search Experience for the US logistics vertical (a $1T+ space). Early users love it. Now we need your help to grow it into the default B2B standard of the AI era.

We are a small and fun (self-proclaimed) team backed by Silicon Valley VCs. Our founders team helped build multiple YC startups (some to $1 billion+). We’ve done the 0→1 many times, and we are here to teach you everything we learned.

We’re looking for someone who’s hungry to learn and build something probable together.

What you’ll do

You’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO.

You’ll run and ship 100s of experiments to find what works—across product, growth, and AI.

Specifically, what we have on the roadmap for next 3 months:

1. (Lots of) LLM prompt engineering & AI tooling augmentation to bend LLM + web search to your will
2. (Many) API + unstructured database integrations
3. (Some) Database scrapping, data engineering, and building our own index + matching algorithms
4. (Always) Prototyping fast, iterating faster, and tracking reliable metrics to validate impact
5. (Not to forget) Systematically design explainable AI (XAI) and evaluation tools to uncover reasoning model behavior.

Who we’re looking for

You are someone with these experiences:

• 2-3 years as an active IC
• Done all 5 jobs above – prompt work, APIs, scrapers, prototyping, eval
• Done a few end-to-end builds, comfortable across the stack from scripting to deploy
• Worked at a startup before (and want to do it again!)

And with these traits:

• Curious about users, motivated by learning
• Sweats the details, not just the big picture
• And since it’s an experiments role, need to be able to take high-level and sometimes vague requirements, communicate proactively, and autonomously plan out and execute work

OR, you are:

• Someone without all of the above experience but just blows us away in the process

We are tech-stack agnostic in terms of the skill sets we are looking for, but the tech stack looks like the below (expect this to change as we grow):

• LLMs: OpenAI, Hugging Face, Firecrawl, Instructor, Promptfoo
• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Typescript, Supabase
• Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Docker
• Coding friend: Cursor + CodeRabbit
