Pitch Deck & Doc Designer for VC Firm

We’re looking for graphic designer to handle critical documents and pitch decks in Figma for a venture capital firm.

Beam is a leading Web3 gaming and infrastructure company. As we expand, we’re launching Beam Ventures, a new initiative based in Abu Dhabi that combines a crypto-native investment fund with a forward-looking tech accelerator.

We’re seeking a dedicated Visual Designer to own and evolve the visual identity of Beam Ventures across all touchpoints—from fundraising decks and branded documents to the online and in-person experience of our accelerator program.

This is a remote-first role with full creative autonomy, backed by Beam’s established design team for support and alignment.

 What You’ll Do

• Apply & Extend Existing Brand Systems: Use Beam Ventures’ and the Accelerator’s existing visual language as a foundation, developing it further across new assets, channels, and experiences
• Fundraising Materials: Design clean, compelling investor decks, one-pagers, and branded PDFs for external outreach
• Presentation & Document Design: Lead the day-to-day creation of visually polished internal and external documents
• Accelerator Experience Design: Shape how the Beam Ventures Accelerator looks and feels—online and offline. This includes application flows, onboarding kits, mentor materials, and branded communications
• Online Presence: Design assets and visual content for the web, social channels, and digital campaigns to attract top-tier startups and partners
• Visual Consistency: Ensure brand cohesion across all touchpoints, drawing on Beam’s central design team as needed

 You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have a portfolio showing strong layout, visual storytelling, and presentation design
• Are comfortable working with existing design systems—and know how to adapt, scale, and evolve them independently
• Thrive in startup or venture environments and are excited to contribute to a high-growth accelerator model
• Are a self-starter who can execute quickly and iterate based on feedback
• Are fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides/Docs, and other design tools
• Bonus: Have experience with accelerators, VC, Web3, or crypto-native visual languages

 Team & Structure

You’ll work closely with the Beam Ventures leadership team and operate as the go-to designer for the Ventures arm, handling end-to-end visual needs. You’ll also have access to Beam’s core design team for guidance and backup where needed.
