Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Prop Firm Match. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually stunning graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and values across various digital and print channels. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop engaging visual assets that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Identity Development:
   • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and maintain the visual identity of Prop Firm Match, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
   • Design and update brand assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines, to reflect the company’s values and personality.
2. Marketing Collateral Creation:
   • Create eye-catching graphics for digital and print marketing collateral, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
   • Develop visually compelling presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use, aligning with brand guidelines and messaging.
3. Website Design and Optimization:
   • Collaborate with the web development team to create engaging visuals for the Prop Firm Match website, including landing pages, graphics, icons, and infographics.
   • Optimize website graphics for performance and user experience, ensuring fast loading times and responsiveness across devices.
4. Content Creation Support:
   • Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including illustrations, icons, and animations, to enhance blog posts, articles, and other written materials.
   • Design graphics for video content, such as thumbnails, title cards, and lower thirds, maintaining visual consistency with the Prop Firm Match brand.
5. Campaign Design and Execution:
   • Contribute creative ideas and designs for marketing campaigns and promotions, collaborating with the marketing team to develop visually impactful assets that drive engagement and conversion.
   • Monitor campaign performance and iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics data, continuously optimizing for effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print channels.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, or equivalent. Figma is a requirement.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
