Graphic Designer

This role does not supervise/manage others.  This is an Individual Contributor role with expectations below.

Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM ET.

Job Location: Remote in the United States.  Preferred locations include: Minneapolis, MN, Orlando, FL or Atlanta, GA

Experience Required: At least 5 years of design experience, or equivalent.

Salary Range: $45,000 – 55,000.

Job Overview

The Graphic Designer will apply art, design, and copy layout skills to create

visually engaging concepts such as logos, promotional and branding

materials, communication media, and other print and digital materials.

Some of your Key Responsibilities will Include:

• Collaborate with marketing leadership and internal stakeholders to
• understand project assignment, audience, and intended message.
• Create original visual media that communicates the desired feeling or
• message in an engaging and unified way.
• Choose graphics, stock art as appropriate; may enhance choices with
• simple sketches and drawings.
• Select fonts for written copy; produces sample layout for approval by
• project participants.
• Prepare drafts of design work and provides samples to appropriate
• staff or departments for review.
• Revise projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback
• process.
• Consult with marketing leadership and design director, and/or other
• team members as needed on complex or specialized projects.
• Prepare print or digital files on notification of final approval.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Animation/video editing experience.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Can self-manage work from start to finish.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
• Bachelors degree required; major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic
• Design, or related disciplines highly preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience preferred.
