Recruitment approach at Carbonfuture
At Carbonfuture, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. As part of our ongoing efforts to remove systemic and subconscious bias from our recruitment process, we have implemented a method known as blind recruiting. This approach focuses on assessing candidates based on their genuine motivation and skills, rather than solely relying on traditional markers such as CVs and years of experience. Our goal is to create equal opportunities for all applicants, regardless of their background or previous work history.
To achieve this, our recruitment process comprises three stages:
First Assignment: Candidates will be provided with a specific assignment related to the role they are applying for. The first assignment consists of the questions that can be found at the bottom of this page. Based on the quality of their work, candidates will receive either a rejection or acceptance response. Acceptance emails will include the details of the next assignment.
Second Assignment (1-2 hours): Candidates who successfully complete the first assignment will be given a second assignment. After completion, they will receive rejection emails along with constructive feedback, or an acceptance email indicating progression to the next stage. Acceptance emails will include an invitation for a short presentation and Q&A session.
Presentation and Q&A: During this stage, candidates will present their second assignment to our team in a 45-minute session. Afterward, they will be requested to provide two reference contact points for further assessment and will receive a rejection call or an offer call based on your performance.
