We’re on the hunt for a UI/UX Designer with a sharp eye, a curious mind, and 3–4 years of solid experience (post graduation) crafting seamless user experiences for web and mobile apps.
You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and founders to bring digital products to life — from the first sketch to the final pixel.
You’re Perfect If You
- Have a portfolio that blends creativity, user-experience and visual design
- Electrified to work in a collaborative, cross-functional & self-organizing team
- Can explain your design thinking to clients, designers and developers
- Are obsessed with details but don’t get lost in them
- Enjoy feedback and use it to push your work further
- Wants to deliver world class software
What You’ll Do
- Capture complex user needs into simple, beautiful web and mobile interfaces
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity in implementation
- Conduct usability testing and user research
- Evolve and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Advocate for the user while understanding business goals
