CyberKongz, a trailblazing force in the NFT and Web3 ecosystem, is seeking a visionary Tokenomics Architect to lead the strategic evolution of our native utility token, $BANANA.
As we scale and explore new utilities, collaborations, and user incentives, we aim to rethink and refine the foundational mechanics of $BANANA. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the future economic engine of one of the most iconic NFT projects in the space.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and audit the current $BANANA tokenomics model, including utility, emissions, staking, and game mechanics.
Propose scalable, sustainable improvements aligned with long-term community and ecosystem growth.
Collaborate closely with the core team, devs, and community leads to translate tokenomics into actionable models.
Integrate new use cases across metaverse, gamification, governance, or cross-platform activations.
Support whitepaper updates and community-facing documentation.

Requirements:
Proven experience designing or optimizing tokenomics for Web3 projects (DeFi, NFT, gaming or hybrid).
Deep understanding of on-chain dynamics, incentives, and behavioral economics.
Familiarity with DEX/CEX liquidity, emissions schedules, and community-driven governance.
Ability to translate complex models into clear, digestible frameworks.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a distributed environment.

Bonus Points For:
Experience with token revamps or economic reboots in existing projects.
Familiarity with CyberKongz and the current $BANANA ecosystem.
Data modeling or simulation tools for token metrics.
