About the Role
We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager / Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation for new enterprise health system customers.
You’ll guide customers from contract to go-live — translating complex requirements into clear, actionable plans. You’ll collaborate with IT teams to integrate data feeds (HL7, FHIR), work with clinical stakeholders to map workflows, and coordinate internal resources to deliver smooth, fast deployments.

What You’ll Do
Own the full customer implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live
Oversee the process of EMR integration (HL7, FHIR) in partnership with our engineers
Translate customer needs into detailed implementation plans and timelines
Act as the go-to point of contact for technical and operational stakeholders
Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate when needed — no dropped balls
Build customer-facing documentation and repeatable playbooks
Build usage and ROI analyses for customers to present insights and recommendations
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Success teams
Track key outcomes and ensure customers are set up for long-term value
What We’re Looking For
4–6+ years in implementation, technical project management, or enterprise onboarding
Experience working in health tech, EMR integration, or B2B SaaS preferred
Fluency with Excel, and ideally,SQL (or comfort using LLMs to supplement your skillset)
Strong technical fluency — you don’t code, but you understand basic tech speak
Excellent project management skills: clear planning, strong follow-through, and great communication
Comfortable running meetings with technical, clinical, and executive stakeholders
Obsessed with creating smooth, efficient experiences for customers
Startup-ready: comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and highly proactive
Bonus Points If You…
Have experience manage senior client relationships
Have worked in healthcare, enterprise B2B SaaS, or with clinical stakeholders
Have built internal systems or playbooks from scratch
