We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help build and scale production systems used by real customers in a fast-moving, technically rigorous environment. You’ll work closely with founders and a small senior team, owning meaningful parts of the product from design through deployment.
This is a hands-on engineering role with real impact — not a support or maintenance position.
What you’ll do
Design, build, and maintain backend and/or full-stack systems in production
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
Collaborate on system architecture and technical decisions
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of existing systems
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

What we’re looking for
Strong fundamentals in software engineering (data structures, systems, APIs)
Experience with one or more modern programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java)
Familiarity with web services, databases, and cloud infrastructure
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a small team
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience building production APIs or distributed systems
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code
Startup or fast-growth environment experience
