About the Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who is both a creator and an AI-native storyteller. Your job is simple but high-impact: Make Genstore impossible to ignore on social. You will execute our social strategy, create standout content, work with influencers, and turn product moments into viral moments. This is a hands-on, creative, fast-paced role.

What You’ll Do

• AI-Driven Content Creation
• Create daily/weekly short-form videos using AI tools such as Veo3, CapCut, Runway, ElevenLabs, Descript, Midjounney, Canva and other image/video creation tools.
• Use AI to rapidly generate scripts, voiceovers, visuals, and motion content that showcase Genstore and AI agents.
• Turn product demos, workflows, and features into fun, scroll-stopping social content.

• Social Channel Management
• Own Genstore’s social presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn.
• Manage the content calendar, post consistently, and ensure the brand voice is modern, relatable, and creator-friendly.
• Stay ahead of trends and adapt them creatively using AI-generated content.

• Influencer & Creator Collaboration
• Identify and collaborate with creators in e-commerce, AI, and TikTok Shop ecosystems.
• Help coordinate gifting, seeding, and content sharing.

• Performance & Optimization
• Track analytics: views, retention, shares, CTR, installs.
• Identify high-performing content styles and double down.
• Adjust editing, AI workflows, hooks, and posting strategy based on data.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in social media, content creation, or influencer/social marketing at a startup or creative company.
• Strong ability to create short-form videos using AI + mobile-first tools.
• Must have direct experience with AI video generation tools and AI voice tools.
• A natural understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and YouTube Shorts formats and algorithms.
• Creative instincts for hooks, storytelling, pace, and emotion.
• Ability to learn new AI tools quickly and push their limits.
• Experience working with creators or influencers.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with tight loops.
