Your Role:

● Attention to Detail: You are meticulous and continuously refine product visual designs

through design improvements.

● User-Centric Problem Solving: Take ownership of design challenges, viewing them as

opportunities to achieve goals.

● Dynamic Environment: Thrive in fast-paced settings, using a data-driven approach to

inform decisions and validate design solutions.

Responsibilities:

● Design Intuitive Experiences: Create mobile and web experiences for a diverse range

of DeFi users.

● User Flow Mapping: Construct interactive elements for seamless interactions; refine

designs through wireframing and low-fidelity sketches.

● Design System Contribution: Ensure visual consistency across the product UI and

maintain an efficient design language for the engineering team.

● Prototyping and Testing: Develop dynamic prototypes to assess user interactions.

● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and marketing

teams to drive design initiatives and ensure a unified vision.

● User Insights Integration: Engage with the end-user community to gather feedback

and cultivate user empathy. Conduct user research and interviews when necessary,

leveraging insights to guide the design approach.

● Design Ownership: Take ownership of the design process from discovery to launch,

ensuring alignment with project goals. Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing

competitor products and developing conceptual designs that reinforce our position as a

market leader.

Requirements:.

● Extremely user-focused mindset.● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills.

● Design Tool Proficiency: Experience with Figma, Framer, or similar tools.

● Web3 Familiarity: Understanding of Web3 technologies and applications

● Industry Experience: Proven background in fintech or blockchain, demonstrated

through a portfolio.

● Experience: 3-5+ years as a full-time Product Designer for web and mobile apps.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design or a related field.
