Role Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-obsessed, senior-level Technical Program Manager with deep gaming industry experience. You will lead and manage complex, cross-functional technical projects, ensuring exceptional delivery. Your meticulous approach and deep organizational skills in Jira, coupled with expertise in AI-driven productivity tools, will enable you to take projects from 90% completion to outstanding results (110%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project management for Phygtl’s gaming and immersive experiences, ensuring successful execution from concept to delivery.
• Act as the central hub for information—tracking details meticulously and proactively anticipating project needs.
• Expertly manage and optimize Jira for clear project visibility, rigorous documentation, and task accountability.
• Integrate advanced AI tools to automate workflows, streamline communication, and enhance productivity.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and product teams to quickly identify and resolve technical and organizational obstacles.
• Provide clear, concise, and timely communication on project status, risks, and milestones to all stakeholders.

Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Technical Program Manager, specifically within the gaming industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with deep proficiency in Jira.
• Mastery in leveraging AI-powered tools to organize, streamline, and optimize team processes.
• Strong understanding of game development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and engineering workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred:

• CS engineering background or technical degree—capable of deeply understanding technical nuances and proactively addressing technical risks, beyond purely organizational tasks.
• Previous experience in early-stage startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Familiarity with Unity-based projects.
