We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You’ll craft compelling, on-brand visuals that drive excitement and participation in our lotteries and fundraising initiatives. From digital ads and landing pages to print materials and social campaigns, your designs will directly impact how we engage with players across the country.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute high-impact visual digital assets for lottery draws, early bird prizes, and fundraising pushes.
• Design and produce print collateral (brochures, posters, billboards).
• Collaborate closely with marketing, copywriting, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Bring fresh creative ideas to brainstorms and pitch visual directions that elevate our brand.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to keep our look fresh, modern, and engaging.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring top-quality output.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work, ideally for consumer-facing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion/animation tools a plus.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and marketing objectives.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Bonus: familiarity with fundraising, gaming, or lottery industries.
