What You’ll Do
- Build high-impact features that directly increase occupancy and help families secure housing
- Scale our product to match rapid growth
- Collaborate on product strategy and technical architecture decisions
Our Tech Stack
- Backend + Database: Ruby on Rails, Ruby, PostgreSQL
- Frontend: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Infrastructure: Render.com
- Other Services: AppSignal, GitHub Actions, Resend, Cloudflare (R2)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of engineering experience with strong Ruby on Rails skills
- Strong React/JavaScript expertise – our frontend is React-focused
- Full-stack mindset – you’re comfortable working across the entire stack
- CS degree or equivalent engineering background
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $140K-$220K + Equity
