WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Email Designer to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. The ultimate objective is to grow and scale the client’s revenue, increase customer retention, and convert new customers into buyers by designing compelling email campaigns and automations. Our clients will look to you for guidance, ideation, and to bring their goals to reality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Produce high-quality, high converting graphics and visual elements for email campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
• Research brands and competitors for digital ad concepts
• Put together a compelling creative strategist with clear A/B tests, multiple concepts and hooks of the same concept, and iterate based on best-performing emails
• Continually keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email design and tools.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and push creative boundaries
• Continually explore emerging tech and design trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Participate in and lead design critiques, iterating on feedback to achieve exceptional results
• Conduct thorough reviews of all creative assets for consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time
• Research brands and competitors for digital ad concepts

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• 4+ years experience with Email Graphic Design
• 4+ years experience working within teams
• 4+ years agency experience
• Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems
• Communication skills – the kind where your message gets through to any audience
• Creative problem-solving capabilities: think outside the box, inside the box, and all around the box
• Ability to prioritize the priorities at the moment; know what you need to do and when you need to do it
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment
