The Role:

As the Revenue Strategy & Insights Analyst, you are the chief architect of data‑driven growth strategy; building finance‑grade forecasting models, translating pipeline signals into actionable insights, and partnering with Finance and GTM leadership to keep bookings and revenue within ±5 % of plan. You’ll blend advanced analytics with sharp business storytelling to illuminate the levers that accelerate ARR, optimize quota design, and de‑risk our quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain bottoms‑up pipeline capacity models for New Business and Existing Business (Expansion / Retention); refresh weekly.
  • Partner with Finance on annual planning and quarterly revenue forecasts; own GTM model assumptions and variance analysis.
  • Design quota & territory scenarios; advise on compensation plan economics.
  • Run trend analyses on conversion funnels, productivity, retention; surface insights in executive dashboards & decks.
  • Develop automated reporting (Python/SQL notebooks, Custom GPTs, etc.) to replace manual spreadsheet models.
  • Present findings in MBRs and relevant team meetings; drive consensus on growth levers.
  • Serve as RevOps liaison to Finance, GTM leadership, and BI.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in RevOps, FP&A, or consulting with SaaS focus.
  • Advanced Excel/Gsheets; experience with Looker or equivalent preferred.
  • SQL and Python proficiecn
  • Financial modeling & scenario planning expertise.
  • Strategic thinker, strong business acumen, persuasive communicator.
  • English proficiency at a business level
