We’re a rapidly growing web design agency based in NYC and we’re on the lookout for passionate creatives to join our team.

As a web designer, your role is pivotal in creating a strong digital presence for our diverse client base.

You’ll collaborate with our team to translate copy/wireframe files into visually stunning designs that captivate viewers while ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.

We are working with companies spanning healthcare, mental health, real estate, technology, SaaS, and many other industries and helping them with informational B2B websites.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated experience in Web/UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• The ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A thorough understanding of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints for each brand.
• A passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Strong design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, and composition.
• A deep understanding of user experience principles and the ability to conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.

Ability to:

• Follow, understand, and interpret wireframes (copy files).
• Understand and communicate in English fluently with other team members and clients.
• Translate copy into designs that effectively convey the message to users.

PLEASE NOTE: this is NOT a Product Designer role. It is an Informational Website Designer role. Having UI/UX training and/or experience is a plus but if that’s your main focus this will not be a fit.
