Location: Yakima, Washington
Job Types: Full-time
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 – $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in Washington to join our dynamic and supportive virtual team. As a remote therapist, you will deliver confidential, evidence-based therapy to clients navigating a wide range of emotional and relational issues.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on clinical assessments
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in virtual team meetings and peer consultations
- Adhere to ethical and state licensing standards
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in the state of Washington (required)
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
