Role Overview
As a key member of our team, you will work directly with our product and development teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.
The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of large language models with strong storytelling abilities and a passion for crafting innovative, AI-powered tools.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Design and develop sophisticated prompt systems that generate high-quality content.
• Create, test, and refine prompt frameworks that maintain consistent voice, tone, and style.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement and optimize prompts within our technical framework.
• Stay at the forefront of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering techniques, and emerging AI technologies.
• Develop prompt architectures for both scripted content and dynamic conversational exchanges.
• Analyze prompt performance and iterate based on results and feedback.
• Document prompt strategies, architectures, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.
• Research and experiment with various prompt techniques to achieve specific outcomes and solve unique challenges.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Deep cultural fluency with US English (tone, idioms, audience expectations).
• 2+ years of experience working with large language models and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting effective prompts for conversational AI applications.
• Strong understanding of various LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.).
• Experience optimizing prompts for specific use cases and desired outcomes.
• Excellent reading and written communication skills with attention to nuance, tone, and style.
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems in novel ways.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis for content optimization.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing or fine-tuning custom models for specific applications.
• Familiarity with character development, narrative design, or content creation.
• Background in creative writing, communications, or related fields.
• Knowledge of digital content strategy and audience building.
• Understanding of multimodal AI systems (text, image, audio).
