WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an AI Product Manager (also an AI Vibe Coder)—someone who’s not just a visionary but also hands-on when it comes to bringing AI-driven ideas to life. In the AI era, product managers need to blend creativity, technical know-how, and a deep passion for experimentation. This is a fully remote position, so you can join us from anywhere in the world.

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

Drive the AI roadmap for interactive storytelling, collaborating closely with engineering, content, and growth teams.

Define and design AI-agent architectures—from high-level orchestration flows to sub-agent roles—with clear specs for context management, memory, tool integration, and error handling.

Conceptualize prompt chains and tool-use strategies, mapping out how agents generate stories, images, and voice content in multi-step pipelines.

Establish success metrics for agent behavior (e.g., coherence, latency, resource usage) and set up A/B tests to optimize UX and cost.

We’re Excited About You Because…

You have more than 3 years of experience working as a product manager.

You possess a strong grasp of AI-agent fundamentals—planning algorithms, tool selection, prompt engineering, and failure-recovery patterns.

You’ve designed or prototyped autonomous agent workflows or multi-step LLM applications in academic, open-source, or hackathon settings.

You’re familiar with open-source AI platforms (GitHub, Hugging Face) and have used AI-coding tools daily.

A background in computer science or related discipline is a plus—but your practical experience with agent frameworks matters more.

You’re enthusiastic about content creation—anime, fanfiction, TV series, or gaming (e.g., Genshin Impact, BD3).

You have a builder’s mindset and a passion for using AI to shape the future of entertainment.
You can speak both of Mandarin and English for internal collaboration with our international teams.
