Hellotext is the multichannel messaging platform that lets eCommerce brands in Latin America sell more and care for their customers over WhatsApp, SMS and social. Your Mission

Become the creative force behind our SaaS interfaces, landing pages and launch campaigns. You will blend UX/UI, conversion storytelling and micro‑animations so every touch point—product, website and social—feels consistent, helpful and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design (≈ 60 %)

• Design flows and components in Figma for our web app (desktop + mobile) and growing design system.
• Form hypotheses, set up A/B tests and analyse metrics in Mixpanel or GA4 with the Growth team.

Marketing & Brand (≈ 25 %)

• Create hero sections and full narrative arcs for landing pages (copy meets visual hierarchy).
• Develop illustrations, iconography and visual guidelines that reinforce the Hellotext brand.

Motion & Content (≈ 15 %)

• Produce micro‑animations (Lottie, CSS, SVG) for UI and marketing.
• Build short pieces for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and in‑app tutorials.

Must‑Have Skills & Mindset

• Solid track record designing SaaS dashboards or complex workflows ready for engineering.
• Data‑driven: you define success metrics, read funnels and translate insights into design iterations.
• Conversion storytelling: you structure pages that guide visitors to an “aha!” moment and a click.
• Lightweight motion craft: comfortable in After Effects, LottieFiles or CSS animation with performance top of mind.
• Agile collaboration: thrive in sprints, receive feedback calmly and communicate in English.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Familiarity with eCommerce funnels and CRO principles.
• Experience running remote usability tests.
• Contributions to a production design system.
• Ability to edit short‑form video (Premiere, CapCut, etc.).
