Role:
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our core team. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for the user experience and have influence on our product strategy by helping define the product features for multiple products at once.

A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills are absolute requirements.

This is the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, small, and flat organization responsible for developing consumer products users love.

⚒ What you’ll do:

• Work directly with the founding team to execute the vision of the company
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build new features and measure their impact via data
• Develop rapid prototypes, ideally with AI vibe-coding tools
• Own visual design of the products
• Spearhead user testing
• Be involved in all facets of a fast-growing technology startup including operations, business development and design
• Choose and create the design tools, infrastructure, and products
• Maintain design guidelines and library

Who you are:

• 2+ years of professional experience in product/user experience design
• An exceptionally skilled and hungry designer and problem solver
• You’re an excellent verbal and written communicator
• You are detail-oriented and understand the big picture
• You are eager to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
• You feel comfortable working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several stakeholder groups (Engineering, Product Operations, Marketing, etc.)
• Proactive self-starter with a bias towards action
• You are comfortable working in Figma
• You are driven to learn new AI technologies
• Experience with motion graphics a plus
