We are looking for a Physicist with expertise in trapped-ion quantum computing. As a Physicist in the Engineering and Technology department of IonQ, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems. In this role, you’ll lead the system design, integration, and performance characterization of IonQ’s next-generation trapped-ion quantum computers and the associated quantum networking infrastructure.
