We’re looking for a People & Operations Associate to join our early-stage AI startup in San Francisco. You’ll be the backbone of our daily operations — managing HR processes, office administration, and supporting recruitment while helping us scale our team and build strong workplace culture.
[What You’ll Do]
· Own core HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance.
· Support recruitment: scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding.
· Maintain and implement HR policies and internal processes.
· Handle office admin tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Partner with leadership to drive employee satisfaction and culture initiatives.
[What We’re Looking For]
· 2–3 years of HR or admin experience (startup or tech environment a plus).
· Solid knowledge of benefits administration and labor compliance.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
· Strong communication skills — able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
· Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting in a fast-moving environment.
