Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM) Consultant with specialized expertise in the Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development, configuration, and support of Oracle SPM/VIC solutions to streamline and optimize incentive compensation management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and configure Oracle SPM (VIC) modules for effective compensation planning, crediting, and payment processing.
• Implement and manage compensation plans, formulas, credit rules, roll-ups, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, tailored solutions.
• Develop and support data integrations between Oracle SPM and other systems such as HCM, CRM, and ERP platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve system issues related to calculation, crediting, or payment processes.
• Document all configurations, customizations, and processes for compliance and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), training sessions, and production deployment activities.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices in terms of security, scalability, and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM) with deep knowledge of the VIC module.
• Strong expertise in compensation plan design, crediting models, roll-up logic, and calculation engines within Oracle VIC.
• Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) data models and payment configuration.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle RDBMS.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica) and API-based workflows.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Applications or Cloud VIC implementations.
• Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher or Oracle Analytics for reporting.
• Understanding of Oracle SPM user roles, data security, and authorization protocols.
