Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction for online events, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Oversee the production and execution of all online events, including planning, scheduling, and hosting webinars.

• Collaborate with system engineers and other technical experts to develop engaging and informative webinar content.

• Design and build landing pages to optimize registration and attendee engagement.

• Analyze the effectiveness of each event and use insights to plan future webinars and content strategies.

• Manage the webinar calendar, ensuring a steady flow of events that align with our marketing goals and audience interests.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing online events, webinars, or similar digital marketing roles.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams to produce content.

• Technical proficiency with webinar platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering impactful online experiences.
• Experience with HubSpot, BigMarker and SalesForce will be a plus.
